Animamos a cualquier persona que sufra estrés, dolor, trauma, ansiedad, depresión o agotamiento a buscar ayuda sin vergüenza. La oración y las Escrituras son poderosas, y Dios también brinda ayuda a través de consejeros sabios, médicos, lÃderes de confianza y una comunidad que los apoya.
No somos un proveedor de consejerÃa con licencia, pero podemos ayudarle a dar el siguiente paso hacia el apoyo. Si se encuentra en peligro inminente o está considerando hacerse daño, llame al 911 o al 988 ahora mismo. No está solo.
