Dispatch to Discipleship Ministries exists to glorify God by helping people move from the call for help to the call to follow Jesus. With a heart for first responders and their families, we serve all people through Scripture-rich devotionals, prayer, outreach, discipleship, missions support, and generosity. Our mission is to encourage, equip, and send believers to live on mission in their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities, making disciples as Jesus commanded in Matthew 28:19–20

My Story
I’m Dustin Gay. With more than 20 years in EMS and Fire and 16 years in Law Enforcement, rooted in Christian faith and driven by a deep love for the First Responder community, Dispatch to Discipleship was formed to encourage first responders, their families, and everyday people to follow Jesus with courage, consistency, and real-life obedience.
