These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app, text messaging program, and other digital services of Dispatch to Discipleship Ministries ("Dispatch to Discipleship," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, submitting a form, requesting a video, or joining our text messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

1) About Our Ministry
Dispatch to Discipleship Ministries is a 501(c)(3) Christian nonprofit ministry. We provide prayer, discipleship resources, Bible stories for children, encouragement for first responders, and personalized encouragement videos ("Dispatch a Smile"). Our services are provided free of charge.

2) Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website, app, and services only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse our services, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of them, upload harmful or unlawful content, or use any content or private video link to harass, defame, or harm another person.

3) Prayer Requests and Submissions
Information you submit through our forms, app, or text messages is used to respond to you and to pray for you. Please do not submit emergency or medical information. If you have an emergency, call 911. We are not a counseling, medical, or emergency service.

4) Dispatch a Smile Videos and Private Links
Each finished video is delivered through a private link, and anyone holding that link can view the video. You are responsible for whom you share the link with. We may decline or remove any request or video that is unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with our ministry.

5) Text Messaging (SMS) Program Terms
Program: Dispatch to Discipleship Ministries sends prayer replies, ministry encouragement, and private Dispatch a Smile video links by text message.
How to join: Text PRAYER to (870) 698-8425, or tick the SMS consent box on our request form at https://app.dispatchtodiscipleship.net/smile/. Consent is never a condition of any donation, purchase, or service.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Estimated volume is fewer than 200 messages per month.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. We never charge you for text messages.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared, sold, or rented to any third party.

6) Donations
Donations are voluntary and, to the extent allowed by law, tax deductible. Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error, contact us at info@dispatchtodiscipleship.net.

7) Intellectual Property
Our name, logo, characters, videos, artwork, podcasts, and written content belong to Dispatch to Discipleship Ministries. You may share our public content for personal, non-commercial ministry use with attribution. You may not sell it or present it as your own.

8) Third-Party Services and Links
Our services rely on third-party providers (for example Wix, Supabase, Twilio, SendGrid, and payment processors) and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

9) Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dispatch to Discipleship Ministries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, app, videos, or text messages.

After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message letting you know that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required to make a donation, attend an event, submit a prayer request, or otherwise participate in ministry activities.
